Project 619119-EPP-1-2020-1-NL-EPPKA2-CBHE-JP “Synergy of educational, scientific, managerial, and industrial components for climate management and climate change mitigation” (CLIMAN) aims to enhance the capacity of higher education in the field of climate management and climate change mitigation. Within the framework of this project, with the support of the Erasmus+ Programme, the Neighbourhood, Development and International Cooperation Instrument, significant steps have been taken towards the modernization and optimization of the use of energy crops.
Thanks to the efforts of the Climate Management Center, repairs and updates to the infrastructure have been carried out, allowing for more efficient use of energy crops for energy production. This includes the implementation of the latest technologies and management methods aimed at reducing greenhouse gas emissions and increasing energy efficiency.
These measures are part of a comprehensive approach to mitigating the impact on climate change, which includes collaboration between educational institutions, scientific researchers, industrial enterprises, and governmental bodies.
The CLIMAN project demonstrates the importance of interdisciplinary and international collaboration for achieving sustainable development and climate security. The project is co-financed by the European Union.
