An open lecture “Laser Scanning in Geodesy” was held for students of the Department of Economic Expertise and Land Management, specialty 193 “Geodesy and Land Management” of the Western Ukrainian National University. The event discussed a number of important issues related to the use of laser scanning in the field of geodesy and land management.
Andrii I. Vovk, PhD in Engineering, Associate Professor of the Department of Geodesy at Lviv Polytechnic National University, shared his experience in the application of laser scanning for a wide range of geodetic tasks. The lecture was supplemented with multimedia components, accompanied by a lively discussion and debate of research results among students and teachers.
