Implementation of a system of climate-neutral innovations in the management of agrarian natural resources in the context of ensuring environmental and energy security of Ukraine.

1. Implementation of an innovative approach to adaptation planning in agricultural environmental management.
2. Creation of organizational prerequisites and scientific and methodological support for the implementation of “green” agricultural policy.
3. Conducting experimental agronomic activities using single- and multi-factor experiments at test sites with different climatic and soil conditions.
4. Development of a roadmap for the implementation of the European Strategy for Adaptation to Climate Change in Agricultural Natural Resources.
5. Modeling of a climate-neutral agricultural environmental management system.
6. Planning for sustainable environmental and energy development and climate change adaptation for local governments.
7. Developing financial and economic mechanisms for implementing climate change adaptation measures in the agricultural sector of the economy.
