Project European experience of adaptation to climate change

Conducting an educational inclusive campaign for young people

Within the framework of the project 101085491 – EEACCCES – ERASMUS-JMO-2022-HEI-TCH-RSCH “European Experience in Adapting to Climate Change: The Concept of Energy Security” under the Erasmus + program (Jean Monnet direction), students of the TT-31 group majoring in Transport Technologies (Road Transport) took part in the educational inclusive campaign for young people “Electric Transport will make the air cleaner”.

Olena Borysiak, Director of the Educational and Research Center for Innovative Development and Training, Senior Lecturer at the Department of Transport and Logistics of ZUNU, told the students about the project’s goals and objectives, the role of eco-transportation and renewable energy sources in preventing climate change, and the development of sustainable urban mobility in the European Union. The students got acquainted with the content of the informational and educational brochures “Types of Alternative Energy”, “Formation of the Energy Audit and Energy Service Market”, “The European Union’s Strategy for Adaptation to Climate Change”, prepared by the project team as part of the project implementation. The final stage of participation in the educational inclusive campaign for young people “Electric Transport Will Make the Air Cleaner” was the preparation and presentation by students of presentations on the prospects for the development of environmental logistics and the use of smart and clean transport in the European Union.
